     On January 21, 2025, the Jinan Metallurgical Institute's 2024 annual summary and commendation, as well as the mobilization meeting for achieving 2025 goals, were held grandly in the fifth floor conference room. 134 people, including Liu Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the headquarters, Si Yong, Director and General Manager, Zhu Jiangli, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Yang Jing, Chief Financial Officer, middle and senior management personnel, commended personnel, and some employee representatives, gathered together to review the innovative and progressive year 2024 and embark on a new journey in 2025.

     Draw on the power of role models and inspire the spirit of struggle. In the passionate melody and warm applause, the award ceremony for advanced teams and exemplary individual in 2024 was officially opened, and 36 outstanding employees, 3 excellent teams and 3 technological innovation teams were commended. Honor is not only a new starting point, but also a driving force for continuous progress. Eight award-winning representatives took the stage to share their acceptance speeches and expressed that they will cherish the honor even more, continue to devote themselves to work with a diligent and pragmatic attitude and a more firm and confident attitude, and contribute the greatest strength to the rapid development of the company.

     Yu Jianmin, General Manager of the High end Bar Division, Yang Kai, General Manager of the Geological and Mineral Division, Si Chaoqiang, Deputy General Manager, and Lu Pingshu, Deputy Chief Engineer, took the stage to make statements on achieving the 2025 target.

     The Chairman and General Manager of the company, Liao Mao, presented a work summary for 2024 and a work deployment report for 2025 titled 'Leading Development with Innovation and Achieving the Future with Hard Work'. He pointed out that in 2024, the company will be in a rapidly changing market environment and face fierce industry competition. All employees of the company are not afraid of difficulties and obstacles, actively engage in innovation and change, and rely on pragmatic and efficient innovation spirit to continuously stimulate the company's internal vitality and potential, laying a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development. Looking ahead to 2025, the company will focus on promoting the all-round development of corporate culture, marketing, technology, quality, management, and talent team building by implementing a culture of integrity, strengthening target responsibility, optimizing marketing strategies, fostering innovation among all employees, advancing technological innovation, and optimizing industrial structure.

     At the end of the meeting, Liu Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the head office, made a concluding speech. Liu Dong fully affirmed the achievements of Jinan Metallurgical Institute in 2024 and warmly congratulated the advanced collectives and individuals who were commended. He pointed out that the reform achievements of Jinan Metallurgical Science and Technology Institute in 2024 are obvious, the organization is lean, and many gratifying changes have been seen. The company image and employee spirit have been significantly improved.
