Job Description
CNC Blade Engineer
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research and development, design and improvement of CNC blades, and develop new high-precision, high-efficiency and high-quality CNC tools.
2. Formulate and implement new product development plans, and be responsible for testing, optimizing and implementing mass production of new products.
3. Research on new CNC machining technology and production equipment to improve production efficiency and quality.
4. Coordinate and organize to solve technical problems in the production process.
5. Understand the market demand and technology development trends, and provide targeted product technical support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, numerical control technology, material processing, etc.
2. At least 5 years experience in CNC blade research and development, familiar with CNC machining process and tool structure principle.
3, familiar with CAD/CAM software, UG and other 3D design software, understand the principle and use of simulation software.
4. Have strong knowledge of mechanical processing technology and material processing, pay attention to the research and application of materials, tool formula and technology.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills and team spirit, able to lead the team to complete product development tasks.
