     The symposium was chaired by the company's chairman and attended by members of the company's leadership team throughout the entire process. Through face-to-face communication, the company conveyed its importance and expectations for new employees.

     Multidimensional cultural promotion, deepening understanding

     Through a combination of PPT presentations and improved innovative video playback, the company's development history and future plans were introduced in detail to the school admissions team, and the corporate culture and core values were interpreted to help new employees gain a comprehensive understanding of the company.

     The 2025 enrollment of each school introduced themselves one by one, giving speeches on work, life, career planning, and matters requiring company assistance, which enhanced mutual understanding.

     At the same time, representatives of the 2024 school enrollment conference shared their work experience and insights since joining the company one year ago, and provided valuable suggestions on the company's business development, team building, and personnel mechanism, providing valuable experience for new colleagues.

     Then, based on their own growth experience, they put forward hopes for new employees from multiple aspects:

     third,Maintain an 'empty cup mentality' and establish a lifelong learning habit. Learn from mentors, colleagues, go deep into the front line, learn from practice and grassroots employees, and comprehensively master job knowledge and skills. We need to start from the grassroots level and grow quickly through practical experience. Be more involved in specific R&D projects, including new product development, technological breakthroughs, process improvement, quality enhancement, innovation improvement, etc.
