Recently, the 29th Jinan International Machine Tool Exhibition was grandly held at the Jinan Yellow River International Convention and Exhibition Center. As a high-tech enterprise integrating science, technology, and trade, Jinan Metallurgical Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Metallurgical Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., made a significant appearance with its core product matrix, exploring new opportunities in intelligent manufacturing alongside global industry leaders.

With five decades of expertise in the carbide industry, Jinan Institute of Metallurgy showcased a range of core "star products" at this exhibition, drawing a crowd of visitors to its N4-C25 booth and garnering significant attention. During the event, the institute highlighted three major categories of core products, precisely addressing diverse processing needs across various industries

As the core consumables for precision machining, solid cutting tools and CNC blades, with their high precision and reliability product advantages, can fully meet the demanding processing requirements of aerospace, automotive manufacturing, high-end machining and other fields, becoming popular exhibits during the exhibition;

Hard alloy bars, as the cornerstone of tool manufacturing, have attracted numerous professional buyers with stable material properties and excellent product quality;

The mining machinery cutters launched for the mining machinery and engineering construction fields, with their core characteristics of high wear resistance and high impact toughness, effectively adapt to complex working conditions and become a highlight in the exhibition hall.

As a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise and a member unit of the China Tungsten Industry Association, Jinan Metallurgical Institute not only has a provincial-level enterprise technology center, but also is equipped with internationally advanced testing equipment. With its strong product strength, it is exported to more than 30 countries and regions around the world.

During the exhibition, the team from Jinan Metallurgical Institute had in-depth exchanges with visiting merchants, and through precise face-to-face supply and demand matching, the two sides reached multiple preliminary cooperation intentions.
