    In order to continuously activate frontline wisdom, drive endogenous growth through innovation, and make management "lightweight", Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd.    In the learning and sharing session, multiple employees exchanged their experiences around raw material inspection, industry summits, technical breakthroughs, workshop improvements, etc., transforming external learning and frontline practice into practical measures to improve work and enhance efficiency. Based on job innovation and efficiency creation, it is a key lever to promote high-quality development of enterprises; The conference focuses on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and innovative practices. Excellent innovation proposals from various business units are displayed one by one, and the first quarter innovation models and advanced collectives are commended on site, creating a strong atmosphere of learning from others, catching up with others, and striving to be advanced.

   During the meeting, Jinan Metallurgical Science and Technology Institute held a business work meeting, and the heads of each business unit made statements on the completion of the first quarter's business indicators, the second quarter's business goals, and implementation measures. Among them, Yu Jianmin, General Manager of the High end Bar Division, reported on specific work such as innovation and improvement, promotion of new projects, and ensuring the implementation of annual goals.
