Building a defense line and guarding the bottom line ensure safety before the Spring Festival--Jinan Metallurgical Institute conducts a safety inspection before the Spring Festival

In order to strictly implement the main responsibility for safety production, effectively ensure the stability of the company's production and operation situation during the Spring Festival holiday, and comprehensively build a strong safety production defense line, on February 12th, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Metallurgical Science Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., organized a special safety inspection before the Spring Festival.
This pre holiday safety inspection adheres to the principle of "full coverage, no blind spots, and emphasis on effectiveness", and is being carried out in an orderly and phased manner. From February 2nd to 11th, various departments of the Metallurgical Institute and Baoyuan Park took the lead in self-examination and self correction. Led by the heads of each department, safety officers and team leaders were organized to conduct a comprehensive investigation of key areas and key links such as electrical equipment and fire protection facilities. Any problems found were rectified immediately to prevent various safety risks from the source. On February 11th and 12th, the safety and environmental protection department conducted centralized inspections of Baoyuan Park and the Metallurgical Science and Technology Institute factory area, focusing on the four major safety dimensions of fire protection, production, electrical, and special equipment, carefully verifying the operation status and compliance of facilities and equipment, and making every effort to identify various safety hazards.
On February 12th, Liao Mao, Chairman and General Manager of MCC, Nie Yonghui, Deputy General Manager, Si Chaoqiang, Deputy General Manager, and Yu Jianmin, Executive Vice President of Baoyuan, and other company leaders conducted on-site safety inspections of the office and production areas of MCC and Baoyuan Park. Department heads cooperated in the inspection work, established a special ledger for the identified hidden dangers, clarified rectification requirements, responsible persons, and completion deadlines, and ensured closed-loop management of hidden danger rectification.
As the Spring Festival approaches, the Metallurgical Science and Technology Institute has put forward safety management requirements for all employees of the company: it is strictly prohibited to work after drinking alcohol during holidays, and alcohol testing will be conducted and reported in the morning meeting every day; Unmanned offices must lock doors and windows, cut off power, and strictly prohibit the storage of flammable, explosive, and valuable items; Focus on controlling risk points and hazards, strengthen on-site supervision and inspection, and adhere to the bottom line of "no production without safety and no production without eliminating hidden dangers".
This pre holiday safety inspection has further strengthened the foundation of safety production in the Metallurgical Institute, effectively enhancing the safety prevention awareness and responsibility awareness of all staff. Next, the Metallurgical Institute will continue to track the implementation of problem rectification, continuously improve the long-term management mechanism of safety production, and hold the bottom line of safety production with strict requirements and hard measures.
