On September 2, 2026, JIMS as a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry, held the 18th Employee Lecture and All staff Innovation Conference with the theme of "Innovation and Innovation for a New Era". The leadership team of Jinan Metallurgical Institute and representatives from various departments attended the meeting on-site, while Baoyuan Company participated online.
This conference is based on the practice of job innovation. Several employee representatives took the stage to share their experiences, sharing practical experience and innovative implementation ideas from different dimensions such as team management, overseas customer development, equipment repair and support, technical quality improvement, and on-site lean management. Representatives of young college students, based on their own growth, exchange insights on proactive self-improvement, rapid integration into the team, and cultivation of excellent work style; An experienced employee who has been employed for over 30 years, combined with the development and changes of the enterprise, discusses the new requirements brought about by the changes in the times for job work.
In the sharing session of cost reduction and efficiency improvement innovation proposals, employee representatives from various workshops and business units of ingredients, pressing, deep processing, and Baoyuan shared the results of frontline innovation and improvement, and explored the potential of various production links. After the sharing is completed, an on-site lottery will be held to further stimulate the innovation enthusiasm of all staff. The conference will hold an innovation commendation ceremony simultaneously, commending and awarding the innovation model in July, and at the same time, presenting the "7S Exemption Workshop" honorary certificate to the suppression workshop.
Ma Rupeng, Technical Director Deng Lifang, and Deputy General Manager Si Chaoqiang of the Geological and Mineral Division have conducted analysis and discussion on technology and process upgrades, new project development for the second growth curve, and lean management improvement measures, clarifying the direction for the company's subsequent innovation work.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, Liao Mao, emphasized in his concluding speech that we must adhere to the culture of building the enterprise and continuously create an environment of clean and upright work and entrepreneurship; Adhere to the principle of prioritizing morality and combining morality with talent in personnel selection and appointment, and strive to build a high-quality management team; I hope young college students can root themselves in the grassroots and grow up, while old employees can do a good job of mentoring and practicing the core values of the enterprise.
