On September 29, 2026, Jinan Institute of Metallurgical Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., held the 19th Employee Lecture and All staff Innovation Conference with the theme of "Strengthening Management, Strengthening Foundation, Improving Efficiency, Courageous Responsibility, Aggregating Strength to Promote Tackle Difficulties". Middle level and above management personnel of the company, representatives of the marketing, production, and technical quality systems of the business units, and various functional departments will attend the conference on-site. Baoyuan Company will participate in the conference synchronously in the form of online video.

At the beginning of the meeting, employee representatives from safety management, grassroots teams, on-site improvement, testing and experimentation positions shared practical experience based on the actual work on the front line. They exchanged ideas and measures around promoting the safety management system, implementing grassroots job responsibilities, upgrading production sites, building the company's testing capabilities, and improving laboratory management standards.

In order to fully strive for the annual target tasks, Chen Weiming from the Overseas Business Unit, Yang Kai, General Manager of the Geological and Mineral Business Unit, Liu Yong, General Manager of the Large Products Business Unit, and Yu Jianmin, General Manager of the High end Rod Business Unit, successively made statements and speeches. At the end of the meeting, Liao Mao, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding speech.
