Promoting Learning Through Competition to Lay the Foundation for Quality--JIMS Successfully Hosts Comprehensive Quality Management Knowledge Contest

In response to the nationwide call for the "Quality Month" initiative, to thoroughly implement the concept of building a quality-strong nation, and to further strengthen the company's quality management efforts, Jinan Institute of Metallurgical Sciences Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JIMS"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., successfully held a comprehensive quality management knowledge competition on the afternoon of September 28.
A total of 7 teams and 42 contestants competed on the same stage in this competition, with participants covering all business divisions and functional departments. Company leaders in charge and department heads attended the event to observe the competition.
During the competition, members of each representative team relied on their solid theoretical foundation to engage in exciting duels through a buzzer format. The team members enthusiastically answered the questions, fully demonstrating the employees' good quality knowledge reserve and teamwork spirit. The tense and enthusiastic atmosphere on site effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of all staff to learn, understand, and adhere to quality. After intense competition, the Yongxiang Quality Front Team, Alloy Encouragement Quality Team, and Baoqi Zhengyi Team won the championship, runner up, and third place respectively with stable performance. Among them, Li Wenjuan, a member of the Yongxiang Quality Front Team, was awarded the title of "Best Individual".
