Enhancing Management for Profit Growth, Uniting Minds to Embark on a New Journey--Jinan Institute of Metallurgical Science Successfully Hosts the 16th Employee Lecture and All-Staff Innovation Conference

     Recently, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Metallurgical Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., held its sixteenth employee lecture titled "Enhancing Management to Boost Efficiency, Uniting Strengths to Embark on a New Journey" alongside a company-wide innovation conference. The institute's leadership and department representatives attended in person, while Baoyuan Company participated online.

    At the beginning of the meeting, all participants gathered to watch a themed video on integrity and anti-corruption education. The video, using typical cases as a mirror, served as a wake-up call for ethical professional conduct, guiding employees to always maintain strict discipline, foster reverence, exercise caution, uphold the bottom line, and strengthen their ideological defenses against corruption. Subsequently, the meeting moved to a benchmarking learning sharing session, where employee representatives shared insights on cutting-edge industry technologies and benchmarking development strategies based on their observations from corporate visits and industry exhibitions.

   The atmosphere of lean improvement sharing is enthusiastic, and the backbone of each production workshop and business unit reports on the effectiveness of lean improvement, salary reform, market development, and technological innovation implementation in sequence. They output replicable practical solutions from the dimensions of production processes, equipment optimization, customer expansion, etc; Yang Kai and Liu Yong reported on the innovation and improvement achievements of the Geology and Mineral Resources and Large Products Business Units in the first half of the year, and simultaneously deployed the innovation and lean management promotion plan for the second half of the year. The two business units shared their own benchmark practices and imparted experience to promote innovation and lean management in various departments.

     Representatives of outstanding employees from each business unit shared innovative proposals to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and based on the site, sorted out optimization measures. At the meeting, awards and commendations will be given to the innovative pioneers and outstanding process engineers of June, setting an advanced benchmark and inspiring all employees to strive for excellence.

     To achieve the annual business targets, Deng Lifang, Li Zhongju, Zhang Jiahai, and Zheng Bin successively presented their respective plans for tackling challenges in technology, sales, and production for the second half of the year, identifying existing bottlenecks and implementing targeted measures. Nie Yonghui proposed how to establish and uphold a correct performance-oriented mindset in line with the company's realities, aiming to unify thinking and consolidate the collective efforts of all employees in overcoming challenges.

     At the end of the meeting, Liao Mao, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding speech. He emphasized that all employees must remain humble and vigilant, seize development opportunities, and build momentum. Moving forward, the company will continue to optimize the profit-sharing distribution and incentive mechanism, establish top-tier corporate management standards and processes, refine products, and enhance the brand. Management personnel must take the lead in going to the front lines, uniting and guiding all employees to work diligently and strive for victory in the company's second entrepreneurial campaign.

    This conference is not only an industry benchmarking exchange meeting, an innovation achievement review meeting, but also a target deployment meeting for the second half of the year.
