[Quality Topic] Jinan Metallurgical Institute's "Quality in My Heart, Quality in My Hands" Theme Speech Competition Successfully Ends

In order to effectively enhance the quality awareness of all employees and deeply implement the business guiding ideology of "without quality, the enterprise has no future", Jinan Metallurgical Institute held the "Quality in My Heart, Quality in My Hand" theme speech finals on May 31.
This speech competition is divided into two rounds, the preliminary round and the semi-finals. 15 employees from different job positions actively signed up to participate. After screening in the preliminary round, a total of 7 contestants advanced to the semi-finals.
At the competition site, the contestants combined their actual job positions and used real examples of quality management and lean improvement to solicit and narrate with full enthusiasm, passionate language, and sincere emotions, elaborating on the true connotation of "quality is the life of a company", showcasing the good spiritual outlook and youthful demeanor of the people of Metallurgical Institute.
After fierce competition, Li Wenjuan from the testing center won the third place, Liang Bo from the geological and mining department won the runner up, and Zhang Xinrong from the geological and mining department won the championship.
Vice General Manager of the company, Si Chaoqiang, gave a concluding speech on this event, stating that the quality speech competition is a part of the "Quality Discussion and Rectification" activity, a test and summary of the "Quality Discussion and Rectification" activity, a collision of quality awareness ideas, and a process of learning and growth. No matter what the competition results are, everyone is the best. Daring to challenge oneself and showcase oneself is a kind of courage and confidence that is a victory in itself.
