1、 Find your own positioning and quickly integrate into the team. We should start from the front line, go to the front line, and start from the team and grassroots level. 3、 Always maintain the original intention and transmit positive energy. Everyone has just entered society, and while adapting to society, they should retain their original intention, maintain positive energy, refrain from saying things that are not conducive to unity, and do things that are not conducive to the company and work. Stay away from negative energy individuals in society, as they can also consume your energy.
