In order to welcome college graduates to join the company, strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force of the company's employees, mobilize their work enthusiasm and fighting spirit, and enable college graduates to integrate into the company as soon as possible, on July 27, 2024, the company organized college graduates to go to Mingshui Ancient City for team building.
On the afternoon of July 27th at 2pm, the team arrived at Mingshui Ancient City and embarked on an experiential journey to learn about Zhangqiu culture and experience Zhangqiu customs.
Under the poetic and picturesque scenery of small bridges, flowing water, willows and banks, and black tiles, green walls, oil paper umbrellas, the team visited attractions such as Meng Hongsheng Cloth Workshop, Wansheng Furnace and Metallurgy Workshop, Yamen, Ruifuxiang, Qingzhao Former Residence, and Baimai Spring, immersing themselves in the rich and profound "Qingzhao Culture, Spring Water Culture, Confucian Merchant Culture, and Blacksmith Culture" of Zhangqiu.
In the expansion area, the team engaged in unique activities such as archery and duck speed play, while also experiencing traditional folk games such as cuju and throwing pots. Experience the elegance and refinement of the ancient Chinese song 'throwing a teapot'.
Pearls roll in the cold spring of Baimai, with thousands of strings of pearls and jade like colors. Everyone stops by Baimai Spring to watch and take photos. After the rain, the scenic area becomes even more poetic and picturesque. Paired with cold spring water watermelons, it immediately feels comfortable both physically and mentally.
In the evening, the team dined in the ancient style restaurant with "bluestone brick walls, carved wooden windows, ancient teachings of predecessors, and flowing water on small bridges". Everyone showcased their talents to the fullest, and amidst laughter and joy, the team building atmosphere reached its climax.
With the wonderful spring show, fireworks, drones and other performances in the ancient city, this team building journey comes to an end.
This team building activity has made the new employees more determined in their future footsteps.
