     In today's fiercely competitive market environment, quality has become the fundamental basis for enterprises to establish themselves. In order to fully implement the various requirements for high-quality development of the headquarters, Baoyuan Company recently held a quality improvement special meeting with the theme of "Innovation and Improvement, Endogenous Power". Representatives of employees from Jinan Metallurgical Institute will participate in the video conference.

     At the beginning of the conference, attendees watched a video on the theme of integrity and honesty. Guide all employees to build a clean and honest defense line through real cases, and create a good atmosphere for the rapid development of the company.

     Chairman and General Manager Liao Mao, along with the heads of each business unit, signed responsibility agreements for the 2025 cost reduction and efficiency improvement targets.

     In the increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing industry, Baoyuan Company will improve innovation and upgrade it as a key move for the company's breakthrough development. Chen Guolin, a participant of the Haomai Industry Champion Evolution School, shared his experience in workshop management and innovation, and provided a path for implementation; Yu Jianmin reviewed the innovation and improvement activities since September 2024, with employees submitting 179 proposals, 138 of which were adopted, and 84 successfully implemented. Deputy Chief Engineer Lu Pingshu reported on the quality improvement plan, identified production shortcomings, and formulated five measures; Finally, Vice General Manager Si Chaoqiang requested to accelerate the progress of quality improvement projects, emphasizing that future innovation and improvement should be customer-centric, promoting full participation and new product development, and assisting the company's development from multiple dimensions.

     Chairman and General Manager Liao pointed out that in the future, all kinds of company meetings should first play integrity videos, use cases as evidence to sound the alarm, and the company will strike hard against violations of discipline and rules.

     In terms of improving innovation for all employees, Mr. Liao proposed to unify the understanding, give full play to the leading role of top-down values, create an atmosphere that encourages innovation for all employees, and use innovation and improvement as a tool for long-term persistence and application. He proposed that the middle and senior management should lead the team to carry out improvement and innovation, continuously stimulate employees' enthusiasm for innovation, organize diversified innovation training activities, build an innovation achievement display platform, and enable employees to share innovation experience and successful cases in a timely manner. The Quality Lean Department needs to extract benchmark stories and set an innovative example for all employees by mining and disseminating internal innovation benchmark cases.
