On May 24, 2025, the sixth lecture of the Jinan Metallurgical Institute Employee Lecture Hall and the All staff Innovation Conference were grandly held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company. Everyone gathered together to engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges around the theme of "respecting innovation, upholding integrity, controlling costs, and winning the future".

     Integrity first, innovation leading

    The meeting first played a video on anti-corruption. The person in charge of a certain company violated the law, embezzled company property, and the amount increased from small to large, ultimately leading to imprisonment. It reminded every participant to always adhere to the moral bottom line and maintain integrity and self-discipline in their work. Subsequently, the display of the company's innovative promotional video vividly presented the fruitful achievements of Jinan Metallurgical Institute in the field of innovation and improvement in recent years, inspiring the innovation enthusiasm of all employees.

     Experience exchange, promote growth together

     In the employee experience sharing session, employees from different positions shared their experiences from studying books, participating in exhibitions, visiting advanced enterprises in the same industry, and other aspects. At the same time, based on my own work experience, I deeply analyzed my observations, thoughts, and feelings in learning and communication, providing valuable experience and inspiration for other employees. University student representatives also shared how to have high requirements for themselves, quickly integrate into the team, and establish a good work style, demonstrating the vigorous vitality and energy of the new generation of Metallurgical Institute personnel.

     Expert lectures to improve sharing

    The wonderful lectures by equipment experts and technical experts brought professional technical knowledge and cutting-edge industry trends to the attendees. The sharing of the improvement of the ingredient workshop intuitively demonstrates the significant changes before and after the workshop improvement, providing a reference example for lean management in various business units.

     Proposal presentation, reducing costs and increasing efficiency

     The sharing of excellent innovative proposals to reduce costs and increase efficiency among various business units pushed the meeting to a climax, with frequent interaction between the upper and lower levels. Representatives from various business units showcased innovative ideas and practical achievements in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and labor intensity reduction. These proposals cover multiple fields such as production technology, management mode, and marketing, fully reflecting the innovative wisdom and teamwork spirit of employees at Jinan Metallurgical Institute. The conference set up a surprise lottery segment, which was tense, orderly, and lively.

     Unveiling and awarding, recognizing advanced individuals

     The unveiling and awarding of innovation and improvement is an important part of this conference. Sun Minghao from the Quality Lean Department made the list for the "Two Gold Reduction Projects", "Technical Research and Development Projects", "Process Improvement Projects", "Quality Improvement Projects", and "Difficult Production Line Problems" of the business unit, and unveiled the list on site. Subsequently, the chairman and general manager of the company, Liao Mao, and the deputy general manager, Si Chaoqiang, awarded plaques to the unveiling personnel, inspiring them to continue on the path of innovation and improvement. In addition, the conference also awarded the company's innovation models, outstanding innovation teams, and outstanding lean improvement units in April, fully recognizing and commending their outstanding contributions in innovation work.

     Experience exchange, looking forward to the future

    In the innovation and improvement experience sharing session, participants had in-depth exchanges and discussions on innovation and improvement, lean management, and technology improvement work. Everyone expressed that through this meeting, not only did they broaden their innovative ideas, but they also learned advanced management experience and technical methods. In future work, I will devote myself to innovative work with more enthusiasm and firm confidence, and contribute my strength to the development of Jinan Metallurgical Institute.

  The successful holding of this all staff innovation conference is an important measure for Jinan Metallurgical Institute to implement the concept of "respecting innovation, maintaining integrity, controlling costs, and winning the future". By building a communication platform, inspiring innovation vitality among all employees, strengthening team collaboration, and continuously enhancing the company's core competitiveness, we aim to win the future in the fierce market competition. I believe that with the joint efforts of all employees, Jinan Metallurgical Institute will surely usher in a more brilliant tomorrow.
