In order to continuously deepen the construction of work style and strengthen the ideological defense line of integrity and self-discipline among all employees, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held a study and education meeting on the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and integrity warning on June 20, 2025, focusing on studying the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and related integrity warning content. Company leaders, department heads, and key personnel attended the meeting.

       1、 Understand the essence of the spirit in detail
     At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, Liao Mao, led all staff to deeply study the core essence and significant significance of the Central Eight point Regulation, emphasizing that this is a special learning deployment for the company to deepen work style construction and build a solid foundation of integrity. He systematically explained the connotation, background, and impact of the spirit of the regulations in the context of the new situation of comprehensive strict governance of the Party. He pointed out that it is a "gateway" and "mobilization order" for improving work style and connecting grassroots, and is an iron rule that must be adhered to for a long time and an untouchable high-voltage line. Liao Mao requires all employees to improve their standing, deeply understand the importance of implementing the spirit of regulations, internalize it in their hearts and externalize it in their actions, transform it into a driving force for promoting the healthy development of the company, create a clean and upright environment for work and entrepreneurship, and achieve a sense of fear, caution, and restraint in their actions.

      2、 Clarify the boundaries of behavioral norms
     In order to clarify the rules and regulations, Vice General Manager Nie Yonghui of the company focused on practical operations and led the study of the "100 Essential Knowledge and Skills for Implementing the Spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation". Nie Yonghui interpreted the specific regulations and requirements related to official receptions, travel reimbursements, conference activities, resource conservation, integrity and self-discipline in accordance with the actual situation of the company. He clearly outlined the disciplinary and behavioral red lines, giving attendees a more specific and intuitive understanding of what can and cannot be done. Nie Yonghui pointed out that the "100 rules" are the "clear cards" and "compass" of daily behavior, and all employees must master and strictly abide by them, always tighten the string of discipline and rules, and consciously resist various unhealthy practices.
      3、 Deep Learning Special Rectification Action
     Subsequently, Discipline Inspection Commissioner Li Tianfei led the study of the "Notice on Centralized Rectification of Illegal Eating and Drinking". He analyzed the concealment, harmfulness, and new trends of the problem of illegal eating and drinking, emphasizing that it not only violates the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, but also damages the company's image and interests. Li Tianfei elaborated on the definition criteria for illegal eating and drinking in the document, and cla rified the handling methods for various types of violations.

        4、 Strengthen responsibility and accountability
        At the end of the meeting, Liao Mao pointed out that the purpose of this learning and education is to implement the spirit of "persistently implementing the Central Eight point Regulation", and put forward clear requirements for the next step of work:
Promote learning through case studies and vigorously rectify. In this study and education, we will thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, promote learning and discipline through cases around us, and make it a daily conscious practice to have reverence and hold a ruler. We need to deeply analyze the underlying reasons behind typical cases and identify the loopholes and weak links in the company's internal systems, management, supervision, and other aspects. Through internal rectification, further improve the company's management system and supervision mechanism to prevent similar problems from happening again.
     Follow the right path and cultivate righteousness. Liao Mao requires all leading cadres to follow the right path, jointly build a clean and upright atmosphere, full of positive energy, and entrepreneurial spirit. They must always adhere to the moral and legal bottom lines, consciously resist various temptations, and not engage in crooked ways. In interacting with clients, demonstrate good professional ethics and moral standards, and maintain the company's reputation and image. Only when everyone follows the right path and cultivates righteousness can we create a clean and upright work environment and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
Proper use of power. Leaders and cadres should take power as their responsibility and accountability, truly realizing that "power is used by the company and benefits are sought by employees", "power goes out of the cage, people may enter the cage", and use power on the right path, in service, and in the sunshine, rather than harming the company's interests for personal gain. We should be committed to seeking benefits and happiness for our employees, genuinely caring for them, and solving their problems.
      Have a reverence for laws and regulations. All employees should actively use laws, regulations, and company systems to constrain and guide themselves, take discipline and rules as a belief, habit, and responsibility, and strive to learn, understand, and abide by the law. If you do not respect laws and regulations, have crooked ideas, spend crooked thoughts, seek illegal benefits, and exceed the bottom line of discipline and rules, you will inevitably be imprisoned, ranging from dismissal to the destruction of your entire family.

     The theme of this in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation study and education, as well as the integrity warning education, is distinct, the content is detailed, and the requirements are clear. It is not only a profound policy preaching, but also a serious warning education. The attendees expressed that they will take this learning opportunity to further enhance their awareness of discipline and rules, engrave the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and various integrity requirements in their hearts and implement them in their actions, and achieve a sense of awe, caution, and bottom line. With a clean, honest, pragmatic, and efficient style, they will provide strong guarantees for the company to achieve its high-quality development goals.
