In order to continuously deepen the construction of work style and strengthen the ideological defense line of integrity and self-discipline among all employees, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held a study and education meeting on the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and integrity warning on June 20, 2025, focusing on studying the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and related integrity warning content. At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, Liao Mao, led all staff to deeply study the core essence and significant significance of the Central Eight point Regulation, emphasizing that this is a special learning deployment for the company to deepen work style construction and build a solid foundation of integrity. In order to clarify the rules and regulations, Vice General Manager Nie Yonghui of the company focused on practical operations and led the study of the "100 Essential Knowledge and Skills for Implementing the Spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation". Nie Yonghui interpreted the specific regulations and requirements related to official receptions, travel reimbursements, conference activities, resource conservation, integrity and self-discipline in accordance with the actual situation of the company. He clearly outlined the disciplinary and behavioral red lines, giving attendees a more specific and intuitive understanding of what can and cannot be done. Nie Yonghui pointed out that the "100 rules" are the "clear cards" and "compass" of daily behavior, and all employees must master and strictly abide by them, always tighten the string of discipline and rules, and consciously resist various unhealthy practices.

Subsequently, Discipline Inspection Commissioner Li Tianfei led the study of the "Notice on Centralized Rectification of Illegal Eating and Drinking". He analyzed the concealment, harmfulness, and new trends of the problem of illegal eating and drinking, emphasizing that it not only violates the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, but also damages the company's image and interests. Li Tianfei elaborated on the definition criteria for illegal eating and drinking in the document, and cla rified the handling methods for various types of violations.
4、 Strengthen responsibility and accountability
At the end of the meeting, Liao Mao pointed out that the purpose of this learning and education is to implement the spirit of "persistently implementing the Central Eight point Regulation", and put forward clear requirements for the next step of work:
Promote learning through case studies and vigorously rectify.
