     On June 28, 2025, the seventh lecture of the Employee Lecture Hall and the All staff Innovation Conference of Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") were grandly held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company. The attendees gathered together to engage in in-depth discussions and exchanges under the theme of "Sharing Wisdom, Stimulating Potential, Innovating the Future".

     1、 Integrity as the foundation, innovation as the wing
     The meeting kicked off with a video of anti-corruption. The cases in the video hit people's hearts and made all participants deeply feel the importance of integrity and self-discipline, laying a solid disciplinary bottom line for subsequent work. Subsequently, Sun Minghao, the manager of the Quality Lean Department, systematically summarized the phased achievements of innovation and improvement; The technical director of the Geological and Mineral Division, Ma Rupeng, and other attendees reflected on and exchanged ideas on the shortcomings in their work. The conference combines disciplinary constraints with practical improvement to lay a solid foundation for innovative practice.

     2、 Experience sharing, wisdom integration
     In the employee experience sharing session, employees from different positions actively participated, sharing their experiences through learning books, exchanging experiences, and visiting advanced enterprises in the same industry.      4、 Proposal sharing, learning from good strategies together
     In the excellent innovation proposal sharing session, representatives of frontline employees from each workshop took the stage one by one and shared innovative proposals based on their actual work, covering equipment renovation, mold optimization, and product research and development innovation. After the sharing ended, a big screen lottery was held on site with a lively atmosphere. This event provided an interactive platform for employees to communicate and learn, inspiring their enthusiasm for innovation and making them realize the importance of innovation to the development of the enterprise.      6、 Experience sharing, looking forward to the future

    In the innovation and improvement experience sharing session, workshop director Du Pengbo and technical quality team leader Niu Zixiang shared practical cases and insights from the front line around innovation and technical quality improvement work, providing ideas and directions for the promotion of subsequent work.

Marketing directors Li Zhongju, Zhang Jiahai, and General Manager of the Overseas Business Unit Wang Dongyang made statements on the marketing goals for the second half of 2025. They elaborated on the goals, measures, and expected results of each plan, expressing their confidence and determination to win the "second half".

     The Deputy General Manager of the company, Si Chaoqiang, has put forward new requirements for the quality work and innovation improvement key work plan in the second half of the year, emphasizing systematic thinking and result orientation.

     In the summary and deployment stage, the chairman of the company, Liao Mao, gave a concluding speech. He emphasized the need to vigorously implement the construction of work style, and all employees should strive to be "fighters" in the company's development process, highlighting the core driving role of innovation and improvement in the company's development. Mr. Liao pointed out that as an independent business entity facing market competition, the company should have firm confidence, be down-to-earth, and strive to be the first in the second half of the year. The company needs to comprehensively implement market-oriented operations in personnel selection, salary system, elimination mechanism, etc., in order to continuously enhance the company's ability to create value and consolidate its survival and development space.
