On July 26, 2025, the eighth lecture and all staff innovation conference of Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") were held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the company. The attendees discussed and exchanged ideas around the theme of "Reading together, sharing wisdom, innovating and creating efficiency to win the future".
1. Building a foundation of clean governance, mutual learning and enlightenment
At the beginning of the conference, a video of anti-corruption education was played on site, and real cases were used to help participants understand the importance of integrity and self-discipline, and to strengthen the ideological defense line of clean and honest employment. Subsequently, a video introducing Baoyuan Company was played to help employees gain a clear understanding of the company's situation and enhance internal awareness.
2. Studying at home and abroad, expanding horizons and empowering
Representatives from various business units took the stage one after another to share their learning and experiences at Luoyang Jinlu, the Japan exhibition, and Japanese companies, drawing on their advanced management models to provide reference for the company's business development and effectively broaden the horizons of attendees.
In the highlight work sharing session, Li Min, the operations specialist of Baoyuan Company, and Sun Minghao, the manager of the Quality Lean Department, combined data and examples to showcase the work achievements and breakthroughs in July, providing reference ideas for other departments and promoting mutual learning among departments.
3. Innovation gathers strength, learning strengthens foundation
In the sharing session of innovation improvement and learning organization construction, employee representatives share their practical thinking on innovation improvement; Company leaders share their learning experiences on "Enterprise Evolution Theory" and "Amoeba Management", broaden employees' cognitive boundaries, and promote mutual growth between organizations and individuals. After the sharing, the atmosphere was enlivened by a large screen lottery on site.
4. Plan proposal, benchmark guidance
In the Baoyuan Plan reporting session, the company's senior management reported innovative ideas and plans from the aspects of bar sales, bar production and management, bar technology quality, and tool project innovation, providing feasible paths and directions for the company's business innovation breakthroughs, and conducting Q&A interactions with employees.
When sharing insights on industry benchmark enterprises, Yu Jianmin, General Manager of the High end Bar Division, shared the company's bar market and planning. Deng Lifang, Technical Director of the company, introduced her product research and development situation and planning. Si Chaoqiang, Deputy General Manager of the company, elaborated on her experience in lean management and team building. By studying advanced methods of benchmark enterprises and combining them with practice, we aim to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
5. Target signing, recognition and incentives
At the signing ceremony for the deepening of innovation work goals for all employees in the second half of the year, members of the management team and innovation project personnel respectively signed economic indicators and innovation goals, demonstrating their determination to complete the tasks. The conference commended 2 best interactors and 1 speaker, and company leaders presented awards on site to encourage all participants to take them as role models, actively participate in interactive exchanges, share innovative ideas and practical experiences.
Finally, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, Liao Mao, summarized his speech, pointing out that the company's 53 year development history confirms that "happiness is achieved through hard work".
