Innovation Improvement, Innovation Empowerment - The Haomai Group mentor's entry into the enterprise to guide innovation improvement activities was successfully held

     In order to build a culture of integrity and innovation among all employees and solve the development problems of the enterprise, on August 12th, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") invited Haomai Group and Zhenghe Island mentor team to carry out an enterprise training activity with the theme of "Mentor Empowerment, Innovation Empowerment, Innovation Review&Summary". The event provides comprehensive support for the company's innovation work to reach new heights through various forms such as enterprise visits, achievement reports, exchange and discussion, and empowerment training.

     Deeply perceive the pulse of development on-site in enterprises

     At the beginning of the event, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, Liao Mao, introduced the company's development history, business layout, organizational culture, management status, and innovative practices to the mentor team, and played a video of the company's innovation and improvement. Subsequently, Yang Kai, the General Manager of the Geological and Mineral Division, led a team of mentors to visit the factory area on site, focusing on showcasing the practical achievements of the enterprise in full staff innovation. Through visits and exchanges, the mentor team gained a more intuitive understanding of the company's innovation implementation, laying the foundation for further in-depth discussions.

Focus on innovation progress and clarify bottleneck problems

      In the innovation operation sharing session, Vice General Manager Si Chaoqiang systematically shared the learning achievements, stage summaries, and future plans of the enterprise in the field of innovation for all employees, focusing on the current difficulties and backgrounds in innovation work, providing a basis for subsequent discussions.

Analyze core needs and discuss innovative future together

     To gain a deeper understanding of the company's core demand for innovation among all employees, Mr. Liao and Mr. Qiu from Haomai Group conducted a special exchange. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the original intention, expected goals, stage awareness, and future development direction of innovation, providing important references for optimizing the innovation path of enterprises.

     At the same time, the mentor team conducted interviews with employee representatives, department heads, and innovation leaders in groups. Through research, they gained a deeper understanding of the practical difficulties in implementing innovation, analyzed the causes of the problems, and identified breakthroughs for subsequent precise policy implementation.

Reviewing, observing, and awarding to stimulate innovation vitality

     In the innovation review meeting and award ceremony, the mentors provided professional suggestions from various aspects such as atmosphere creation, process design, and evaluation principles, which provided valuable ideas for the company to improve its innovation review mechanism. Haomai experts presented the Innovation Excellence Award on site.

Mentor empowers Q&A to clarify innovation direction

    During the mentor empowerment exchange and discussion session, the mentor provided professional comments on the company's innovative practice achievements and answered questions raised on site one by one, clearing obstacles in the innovation promotion of the enterprise. At the end of the training, Professor Zhenghe Island presented an award to the "Best Interactor".

    After the discussion, the mentor team delved into the underlying logic of the concept and value of innovation for all, particularly the evolution and core values of bold innovation, as well as the relationship between innovation, employees, and enterprise development. The training content was detailed and profound, which greatly benefited the core backbone present and further enhanced the deep understanding and importance of innovation among all staff.
