Passing on the torch and forging ahead - The 2024th Excellent Trainee Evaluation and the 2025 Campus Enrollment and Apprentice Ceremony were successfully held

    On August 20, 2025, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held a grand "2024 Excellent Trainee Evaluation and 2025 Campus Enrollment and Apprentice Ceremony". Through the demonstration of the results of the internship and the apprenticeship ceremony, the company's high emphasis on the cultivation of young talents has been demonstrated. The company leaders, department heads, and the whole school enrollment participated together, and the atmosphere on site was lively.

Trainee Style - Witnessing Growth with Strength

     In the 2024 Excellent Trainee Evaluation, a total of 11 trainees from the R&D Department, Large Product Division, Geological and Mineral Division, High end Bar Division, and High end Cutting Tool Project Group took the stage one by one and presented their work achievements and growth insights over the past year through PPT presentations. After the report, the judging panel will ask questions on site and score based on three dimensions: professional ability, work results, and on-site performance.

The apprenticeship ceremony - inheriting craftsmanship through traditional ritual systems

     At the 2025 school enrollment and apprenticeship ceremony, the company continues the tradition of "mentorship" training. The ceremony includes four major parts: apprenticeship ceremony, tea ceremony, gift giving, and oath taking. Both parties swear to "abide by their duties, impart knowledge to each other", "study diligently and ask questions, and live up to expectations". At the end of the apprenticeship ceremony, Technical Director Deng Lifang interpreted the "2025 Campus Enrollment and Training Plan" on site, emphasizing that through the production process understanding stage and internship stage, it will help newcomers grow rapidly.

     After a comprehensive assessment including democratic evaluation, theoretical examination, and on-site reporting, the company leaders announced the results of the 2024 Excellent Trainee Evaluation on site: the top three were Niu Zixiang, Huang Fang, and Gao Xinyang. They also instructed the whole school to recruit students, take the outstanding as an example, hone their skills through practical work, and grow together with the enterprise.
