     The project relies on the company's profound research and technological accumulation in hard alloy materials, and through collaborative optimization of material ratio, microstructure, and performance control, combined with a full process quality control system, ensures stable and reliable tool product performance from the source. This is the core fundamental advantage of the company's steady development in the field of cutting tools, and it is also the driving force for the rapid introduction of products to the market.

Small batch validation, performance benchmarking against top tier brands

     The initial products of the project have been delivered to multiple key customers for trial, and customers have provided excellent quality and performance feedback.

Hard cutting tools: A certain model of end mill that has been put into production has a service life, accuracy, and smoothness comparable to world-class brands when processing P20 steel in well-known mold enterprises, effectively reducing customer costs and improving processing efficiency. The project products will cover 8 major series, ranging from precision machining with a diameter of 0.5 mm to efficient rough machining with a diameter of 25 mm hard alloy milling cutters. The products meet the stringent requirements of core fields such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, mold processing, and healthcare.

   CNC blade: The series of blades for turning, milling, etc. have undergone multiple rounds of rigorous testing and working condition verification, demonstrating excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and machining stability, meeting customer expectations. The product can provide solutions for complex parts processing in high-end equipment manufacturing, automotive, engineering machinery, general machinery, and wind power fields. The company's high-end blade project will provide domestic and foreign customers with cost-effective and reliable domestic alternative solutions.
