In order to enhance team cohesion, deepen collaboration awareness, and enrich employees' leisure cultural life, on August 31, 2025, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") organized young employees and innovative pioneers to visit the Bronze Mountain Grand Canyon Scenic Area and successfully carried out the theme team building activity of "Youth Walking Together, Climbing Peaks Together". The event was led by Lu Pingshu and Yang Kai, with 16 young employees including Wang Haoran and innovative pioneers participating. A fun and meaningful team building was carried out in the natural landscape.
At 7:50 am on the same day, it was drizzling like silk, and all personnel boarded the train on time to go to the scenic area. On the way, Zhang Jie and Wang Haoran performed "Listening to the Sea" and "Emily" respectively, and the carriage was filled with laughter and joy, warming up the journey.
At 9am, the team arrived at the scenic area. The rain never stops, but the enthusiasm remains undiminished. At 9:20, the fun team building kicked off with a red and blue showdown of "American style sack ball" with precise throwing; The transition between offense and defense in "Happy Gomoku" tests speed; Back to back dribbling with 'heart to heart' coordination, perfect score. Laughter pierced through the rain curtain, quickly igniting the team atmosphere.
At 10:30, the fun activity came to an end, and everyone took a sightseeing bus to visit the Dragon Palace. Along the way, there are lush green mountains, and employees immerse themselves in the scenery while exchanging work experiences and interesting life stories, quietly narrowing the distance between their hearts. At 11:30, everyone arrived at Galaxy Restaurant on the "magic carpet" to have lunch together. After the meal, young employees Wang Haoran, Zhang Jie, and Chen Yuxiang took turns singing, while innovative model Zhang Qiang shared his work insights. Applause and singing intertwined, inspiring everyone present.
At 13:00 in the afternoon, the clouds were clear and the sun was shining brightly. The team moved to the water park. Projects such as "floating on the water" and "suspension bridge on the water" took turns, with waves and laughter flying together. At 14:00, everyone embarked on a hiking trip down the mountain, continuing to explore the scenic scenery and immerse themselves in the beauty of nature along the way.
At 3:30 pm, all personnel gathered at the designated location and returned by bus after being counted and confirmed by the team leader. On the way back, a song called 'Unity is Strength' sang out everyone's voice, bringing a successful conclusion to this team building animation.
This team building not only built a communication bridge for employees, but also activated innovative thinking through fun collaboration and natural inspiration. The tacit understanding and vitality that burst forth during the activity will be transformed into innovative motivation in work. In the future, young employees will surely bring this cohesion and creativity to their positions, using collaborative innovation to overcome technical difficulties and break through development bottlenecks, injecting lasting youthful innovation momentum into the company's technological innovation and high-quality development.
