To continuously foster a culture of "quality first" and transform the principle that "work quality determines product quality" into the conscious awareness and habitual behavior of every employee, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") successfully organized the "Quality Knowledge Competition" from September 18 to September 23. The competition was divided into preliminary and final rounds, aiming to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning quality knowledge and delving into quality technology through competition-driven learning, thereby injecting momentum into the company's high-quality development.

A total of 8 teams participated in this competition, with each team consisting of 8 members from various departments such as production, quality inspection, and R&D. The preliminary rounds were divided into two sessions, with 4 teams competing in each session. After the preliminary selection, 4 teams advanced to the finals. The on-site competition was intense and lively, with contestants from each team responding calmly and demonstrating solid knowledge reserves. The competition not only tested mental prowess but also speed and teamwork. The entire process fully showcased the employees' exceptional professional competence and their positive, uplifting spirit. After several rounds of fierce competition, the "All Correct Team," "Quality Assurance Team," and "Sharp Pioneer Team" emerged victorious in first, second, and third place respectively, delivering outstanding performances and stable results. Wang Meiting from the Quality Inspection Center was awarded the Best Individual Award.

The successful holding of this quality knowledge competition effectively tested the quality knowledge level of employees, created a strong atmosphere of "everyone cares about quality, everyone values quality, and everyone pursues quality", and laid a solid foundation for continuously improving the quality of the company's products and enhancing its core competitiveness in the market. The company will continue to carry out such activities in the future, continuously consolidate the foundation of quality management, and promote the level of quality management to a new level.
