On the morning of September 28, 2025, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Metallurgical Science Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., held the 10th Employee Lecture Hall and All staff Innovation Conference with the theme of "Gathering Power, Courageous Innovation, Improving Efficiency, and Achieving Excellence" in the conference room on the fifth floor. Leaders of Jinan Metallurgical Science Institute and representatives of various departments attended the conference on site, and Baoyuan Company participated synchronously through video connection to jointly build consensus and plan the path for enterprise innovation and development.
At the beginning of the conference, we focused on typical cases with anti-corruption videos, deeply rooted the concept of "clean and honest practice" in our hearts, and transformed it into conscious action.
In the experience sharing session, frontline representatives from various departments presented innovative practice cases from multiple perspectives and down-to-earth approaches based on their actual work. Li Quansheng from the Large Products Division introduced the positive role of process optimization in solving production problems; Yu Hao from the Warehousing and Logistics Department shared his practical experience in optimizing warehouse layout and scanning technology to improve delivery accuracy and efficiency; Duan Yifei from the Overseas Business Unit mentioned that through the reshaping of 7S on-site management, the internal management advantages can be effectively transformed into customer trust and order growth; Li Huanquan, a metallurgical craftsman, vividly explained the concept that innovation originates from daily job accumulation; Deng Lifang, Technical Director of Jinan Metallurgical Institute, pointed out that technological innovation must closely focus on production pain points and achieve a deep integration of theory and practice.
This meeting is held in a form that emphasizes both ceremony and effectiveness, to ensure the implementation of value orientation and action goals. Through the issuance of the letter of appointment for the technical innovation team leader, flag ceremony, and recognition of outstanding proposals, the concept of "innovation pays off and practical work leads to success" is injected into the hearts of employees, inspiring their enthusiasm for innovation practice; Seven grassroots employees shared proposals around cost reduction and efficiency improvement, using replicable paths to "build a bridge" for job innovation, vividly interpreting the truth that "everyone must work hard to break through the situation efficiently".
Faced with the annual business goals, each marketing director has made a commitment to achieving the necessary targets through measures such as business development and deepening customer service; The general managers of each business unit expressed their opinions on the annual profit target and the improvement of management level, promoting the transition of the annual target from "planning" to "action". The entire meeting progressed layer by layer, guiding all employees to actively solve problems, improve efficiency and empower themselves in their work, and gathering tremendous strength for the breakthrough and development of the enterprise. Finally, Liao Mao, Chairman and General Manager of Jinan Metallurgical Institute, emphasized in his concluding speech that we must have reverence and adhere to integrity. Managers cannot be the ceiling of the team, but should become enablers and stage builders. At the same time, it is pointed out that innovation is not the work of a few people, but the continuous accumulation of participation from all members. The employee lecture hall uses every replicable experience and every feasible plan to turn the theme of "cohesion and innovation" into a consensus among all employees.
