On the occasion of the upcoming National Day and Mid Autumn Festival, in order to enrich the leisure cultural life of employees, enhance team cohesion, and showcase the positive and upward spirit of employees, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Metallurgical Science Institute") successfully held the "Welcome National Day, Show Style" basketball friendly match from September 19 to 28, 2025.
The theme of this competition is "Welcoming National Day, Showcasing Style, Enhancing Cooperation, and Promoting Development", aiming to promote communication and collaboration among various departments through sports competition. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from employees of various business units of Jinan Metallurgical Institute, forming four representative teams of 8 people each. The competition adopts a single round robin points system. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the event, the Jinan Metallurgical Science Institute Union takes the lead, and each department has clear division of labor and coordinated cooperation, providing strong guarantees for the smooth development of the event.
The competition has set up three major awards: champion team, sub army, and best athlete, which not only recognize teamwork but also encourage individual spirit of hard work. On the basketball court, the participating staff were full of energy, and the score alternated between the two sides. Every steal and assist condensed the team's tacit understanding. The scoreboards on the sidelines kept jumping, and the referee's whistle intertwined with the audience's cheers to create a lively atmosphere on the field. After multiple rounds of intense competition, the "Baoyuan Team" ultimately won the championship in extra time with their tenacious will and tacit cooperation, the "Geological Mining Team" won the runner up, and Han Zhenxuan was named the "Best Athlete" with the highest score in the game.
The struggle is endless. This basketball tournament is not only a sports competition, but also a concentrated display of the team culture and employee spirit of Jinan Metallurgical Institute. I hope all employees can transform the sense of team honor in the competition into departmental cohesion, support each other in their work, closely cooperate, and work together for the development goals of the department and Jinan Metallurgical Institute; Transform the spirit of hard work and initiative into a driving force for work, not shirking tasks, not backing down in the face of difficulties, and successfully completing the fourth quarter and annual business goals and tasks.
