On the afternoon of November 1st, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 11th employee lecture titled "Innovation, Unity, and Growth" and the company-wide innovation conference in the fifth-floor meeting room. Company leaders and department representatives attended in person, while Baoyuan Company participated via video link, jointly gathering new momentum and charting a new course for the company's innovation and upgrade.
At the beginning of the meeting, all participants watched an integrity-themed video focusing on disciplinary boundaries, delivering profound warnings to instill the concept of "ethical professional conduct" and strengthen the foundation of integrity. Subsequently, Sun Minghao, Manager of the Quality Excellence Department, presented the proposals from the Innovation Improvement Team along with the work plans and completion status of the gear organization, clearly demonstrating progress and achievements.
The sharing session presents a dense collection of practical knowledge. Ma Rupeng, Technical Director of the Geological and Mineral Division, focuses on improving technical quality, analyzing optimization ideas and implementation effects; Cui Meng, the Production Director of the Large Products Division, faced the innovation and improvement issues in September and clarified the rectification measures; Wang Zhen, the person in charge of the mixing workshop of the high-end bar business unit, visually presents the problems of on-site management through pictures, and explains in detail the improvement plan and expected results; Zhao Hai, the manager of the second department of the large product market, shared the "wolf pack tactic" - Huawei's sales team building and incentive rules, providing reference for the construction of marketing teams; Wang Dongyang, General Manager of the Overseas Business Unit, shares replicable experiences and builds a bridge for enhancing team capabilities around the construction of a learning organization.


The learning outcomes of 'going out' are diverse and exciting. Yang Kai, General Manager of the Geological and Mineral Division, shared his insights on the annual symposium for Xiamen Jinlu Powder Users and advanced experience in the refining industry; Deng Lifang, the company's technical director, and Huang Fang, a technician, shared their experiences attending the China Hard Materials and Tools Industry Development Conference and learning from cooperative units, bringing cutting-edge technology and development trends; Deputy Chief Engineer Lu Pingshu shared his feelings on the comprehensive literacy of marketing personnel from Xiamen Jinlu, Xinda and other units, pointing out the direction for improving the literacy of company employees.
In order to stimulate innovation enthusiasm, the conference set up a section for sharing excellent innovative proposals for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the business units. Representatives of employees from each business unit shared their job innovation plans, providing practical and replicable examples. After sharing, they also interacted through a large screen lottery to liven up the atmosphere. During the commendation process, Vice General Manager Nie Yonghui awarded the "Innovation and Improvement Mobile Red Flag" to Baoyuan Deep Processing Workshop, Vice General Manager Si Chaoqiang awarded the "Advanced Collective for On site Improvement" title to the Deep Processing Workshop of Metallurgical Science Institute, and company leader Liao Mao awarded the "Quality Guardian" honorary certificate to Li Lixin in of the ingredient workshop, making the concept of "practical work pays off and innovation is commended" deeply rooted in people's hearts.


Finally, Liao Mao made a concluding speech, comprehensively analyzing the situation of the hard alloy industry at home and abroad and the challenges faced by the company. He called on everyone to seize the great opportunity of integrating into the development of Shandong, extend the industrial chain, build high-level high-end intelligent hard cutting tools and high-performance CNC blade production lines, widely carry out technological and management innovation, make the contribution that Metallurgical Science should make in the field of domestic substitution of high-end tools, and make the enterprise more refined, stronger, and better. Secondly, leaders attach great importance to it, and all employees should participate in improving and innovating, dare to do difficult things, continuously build an innovation system, and regard innovation as a tool to solve problems. The third is to share with everyone the typical characteristics of outstanding talents and what kind of talents we need in the new situation, and interact with employees to explain that having both moral integrity and talent, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and commitment, is the most important thing for enterprises. We call on all employees to strive to become self igniting employees. Fourthly, with only two months left until the end of the year, all employees need to take the conference as the starting point, transform sharing into action, proposals into benefits, closely focus on goals, sprint with all their might, and resolutely win the year-end goal battle.
