The Jinan Metallurgical Research Institute Visits Shandong Rongtai Induction Technology Co., Ltd. for Learning and Exchange

To learn from the advanced experiences of outstanding enterprises and promote in-depth and practical improvement and innovation efforts among all staff, on November 3, Liao Mao from Jinan Metallurgical Research Institute led a delegation of six members, including division general managers, metallurgical craftsmen, and innovation role models, to visit Shandong Rongtai Induction Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haomai Group, for exchange and learning. They were warmly received by Qiu Xianlu, Director of Haomai Group and Chairman of Rongtai Technology.
This visit and study session primarily focused on the concept of whole-staff innovation and improvement as well as practical experiences. During the learning and exchange meeting, the Jinan Yaoke Institute team first introduced the achievements made since the launch of the whole-staff innovation activities. They specifically expressed their gratitude for the positive changes brought by the mentors from Haomai Company during their on-site guidance, and also identified existing issues in the current innovation efforts along with the next steps in the work plan.
Both sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on core issues such as the promotion mechanism, incentive policies, and cultural construction of innovation work for all employees. Rongtai Company shared its valuable experience in innovation management, talent cultivation, achievement transformation, and game rule formulation, providing useful references for Jinan Metallurgical Institute to continue promoting innovation work.
After the meeting, accompanied by Chairman Qiu of Rongtai Company, the team from Jinan Metallurgical Science and Technology Institute visited Rongtai Company's office, production workshop, and staff restaurant to gain a detailed understanding of Rongtai Company's development history, innovative cases, and benchmark improvement stories. They experienced Rongtai Company's fruitful achievements in technological innovation, management innovation, and cultural innovation up close.
Through this visit and learning, the team of Jinan Metallurgical Institute has gained a lot, not only broadening their horizons, but also strengthening their determination to continuously promote improvement and innovation for all staff.
