【Innovative Cultivation】Innovation for the Future—United Efforts, Joint Progress: The Bao Yuan Innovative Cultivation Event Successfully Held

    On November 4, 2025, Shandong Baoyuan Hardmetal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") successfully held the "Innovation Cultivation · Sweet Potato Harvest" event. Representatives from various departments gathered on-site. Centered around the core theme of "Innovation for the Future—United Efforts · Innovative Progress," the event deeply integrated the spirit of cultivation with the company's innovation philosophy. Leveraging the opportunity of the sweet potato harvest, it established an innovation exchange platform to promote the sharing of innovative experiences, ignite the enthusiasm for innovation across all employees, and consolidate innovative forces for the company's high-quality development.

    This event specially invited 16 participants, including representatives from various departments and university students, to form a participating team. The goal is to stimulate practical momentum through diverse innovative forces and deeply convey innovative thinking. At 4 p.m., the event officially commenced, with participants gathering in an orderly manner to receive harvesting tools.  Looking back to May, the logistics and production departments collectively completed the sweet potato planting. The host provided a detailed explanation of the event's theme and process, emphasizing that innovation is akin to cultivation. Upholding the principle of "a harvest for every effort," only through unity, collective effort, and collaborative progress can innovation achievements continue to grow and develop positively.

    In the group harvesting process, the team's collaborative effectiveness was fully demonstrated. 16 participants were divided into 4 groups and harvested within a 30 minute time limit, completing a series of tasks such as digging potatoes, cleaning mud, and bagging. Each group quickly enters the state and works together according to the division of labor mode of "two people digging potatoes, two people cleaning mud and packing bags". In the planting area, everyone not only cooperates with tacit understanding and full of enthusiasm, but also exudes the spirit of "learning and catching up" - this state of striving for excellence in cooperation is a vivid embodiment of the innovative spirit. Every harvest result embodies the sweat of teamwork, and the faces of participants are filled with the joy of harvest. The scene is filled with the warmth of harvest.

    The results evaluation and recognition process is particularly touching, and we must truly practice the concept of "rewarding practical work and receiving recognition for innovation". The evaluation focuses on the total harvest amount as the core indicator, taking into account the integrity of sweet potatoes and the efficiency of team collaboration. The final selection is the "Efficient Harvesting Group", and prizes will be awarded to them on site. The distribution of results follows the principle of "digging more, getting more", with each group independently distributing the harvested sweet potatoes, allowing every participant to truly experience the harvest of cultivation and the value of innovative and practical work.

    At the end of the event, all personnel worked together to clean up the venue, return tools, and efficiently complete various finishing tasks. This "Innovative Cultivation and Sweet Potato Harvest" activity not only allows employees to truly experience the close relationship between cultivation and harvest in practice, but also consolidates the team consensus of "unity and innovation". In the future, the company will continue to organize various innovative practice activities, promote the integration of innovative culture into daily life, motivate all employees to focus on their positions, break through limitations, and work together to inject sustained vitality into the company's cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and high-quality development.
