To further stimulate team innovation vitality and enhance innovation exchanges among employees across various units, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") organized a team-building event themed "Wisdom Gathering, Enjoy the Moment" for model innovators on November 26, 2025. The event was arranged by the Innovation Office and participated in by all model innovators.

At the "Innovation Tea Party", the participating model soldiers conducted in-depth exchanges around innovative methods and experience based on their own job practices, and actively provided suggestions on the future path of innovation work. In the evening, the innovative pioneers went to the "Spring Breeze Ten Miles" buffet restaurant in Harmony Square to have dinner together. The atmosphere during the meal was relaxed and the communication was pleasant.

The next day, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the third quarter innovation and improvement summary and commendation conference for all employees of Tongyu Heavy Industry, further stimulate the innovation vitality of all employees, and enhance the effectiveness of improvement, the company organized a special review meeting on innovation and improvement, with the heads of various business units, innovation specialists, and key employees attending. The meeting requested that the next step will be to continuously improve innovation mechanism construction, proposal quality improvement, cross departmental collaboration, and other aspects. The company leaders pointed out that the review aims to absorb the excellent practices of sister units, summarize experience, and build a virtuous cycle mechanism of "summary exchange improvement", laying a solid foundation for future innovation work.

This meeting is not only a retrospective review of the concentrated problems, but also a mobilization meeting to gather strength. The company will adhere to problem oriented and goal oriented approaches, continuously optimize the innovation atmosphere for all employees, ensure that innovation and improvement work goes deep and practical, and contribute more "innovative wisdom" to high-quality development.
