In order to broaden innovation ideas, Jinan Metallurgical Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Metallurgical Research Institute") organized a learning team to the Intelligent Manufacturing Business Department of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongyu Heavy Industry") on December 6 to carry out innovation and improvement learning for all employees, aiming to broaden innovation vision and draw on the practical experience and management wisdom of exemplary organization in the field of full innovation.
This learning session was problem oriented, and both parties had in-depth discussions on key issues such as how to continuously stimulate employees' innovation enthusiasm, how to guide employees to propose high-quality proposals, the diversification of incentive methods, effective closed-loop management of proposals, and the application of key tools for innovation and improvement. The excellent experience and cases of Tongyu Heavy Industry's Intelligent Manufacturing Division in the innovation work of all employees, especially in the implementation mechanism, recognition and participation of front-line employees' underlying logic, and cultural atmosphere orientation, have provided Jinan Metallurgical Science and Technology Institute with optimization directions for the innovation work of all employees.
This study provides new references and injects new impetus for Jinan Metallurgical Institute to efficiently carry out innovation and improvement. Next, Jinan Metallurgical Institute will actively promote the transformation and implementation of learning outcomes, focusing on optimizing the innovation proposal mechanism, connecting cross departmental collaboration processes, and enhancing innovation data support capabilities. We will steadily promote the deepening and implementation of innovation and improvement work, and provide solid support for the high-quality development of enterprises.
