Empowering through lectures and promoting through learning - The internal trainer selection competition of Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. has successfully concluded

    In order to discover outstanding internal training talents and build a platform for knowledge inheritance and skill sharing, on January 10th, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Metallurgical Science Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., held the final of the internal trainer selection competition. Twelve advanced contestants competed on the same stage and showcased their talents. A judging panel composed of company leaders, department heads, and public judges witnessed the growth and transformation of the internal trainer team. The evaluation team of Baoyuan participated in this event in the form of online video.

      The preliminary round of this selection activity will be launched from December 17th to 18th, 2025, with a total of 22 employees from the headquarters of MCC and Baoyuan Branch participating. After strict evaluation, the top 60% of the 12 contestants successfully advanced.

   The final closely adheres to the core values of "innovation and integrity". Chu Yilin, Liang Bo, and Kong Lingzhou respectively provided brilliant explanations by analyzing the dialectical relationship between innovation and integrity, sharing the innovation path of the workshop, and tracing the history of the enterprise to demonstrate cultural power. Zhai Wenfeng, Xie Shupei, Chen Yuxiang and other contestants shared their professional insights from multiple perspectives, such as newcomer practice, cultural landing, and management empowerment. Jin Mengling concludes her story with a role model, vividly showcasing the strong atmosphere of innovation among all members.

    The final evaluation is rigorous to ensure fairness and impartiality in the competition. The sharing of the contestants combines theoretical and practical depth, winning wide recognition from the judges and audience. In the end, Zhang Jierong won first place, while Chu Yilin and Jin Mengling came in second and third place respectively.

    Liao Mao, Chairman and General Manager of MCC, highly praised the comprehensive performance of the contestants in his concluding speech. He pointed out that the internal trainers are the disseminators and amplifiers of the company's excellent culture, healthy atmosphere, and advanced benchmarks. The contestants have demonstrated high professional competence and good spirit, with rich speech topics and frequent highlights. In the future, MCC will continue to provide a broad and diverse career development platform for young talents.

     This final is not only a selection of talents, but also a platform for experience sharing and wisdom collision. The Metallurgical Institute will take this event as an opportunity to continuously improve the internal trainer training system, encourage more employees to share knowledge and transmit value, and inject strong endogenous power into the sustainable development of the enterprise.
