Recently, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Metallurgical Science Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., held a "Technology Project Summary and Planning Report Meeting and 2025 Campus Enrollment Stage Growth and Achievement Exhibition Report". The meeting was chaired by Si Chaoqiang, Deputy General Manager of Jinan Metallurgical Science Institute, and attended by General Managers of various business units and all technical personnel.

At the beginning of the meeting, the core objectives were clarified, and Deng Lifang, the Technical Director of Jinan Metallurgical Institute, conducted a retrospective analysis on the implementation of the 2025 new product research and development, process improvement, and quality enhancement projects. Each project leader reports on the completion status of key projects in 2025, as well as the background, goals, and implementation plans for the proposed technology projects in 2026. The attending leaders and department heads expressed constructive opinions while acknowledging the progress of the project.

The enrollment of the class of 2025 will be followed by a report on the stage growth and achievements. Through PPT presentations combined with on-site defense, the presentation will focus on the effectiveness of the internship period, areas for improvement in job rotation, future plans, and job recommendations. Based on job practice, shortcomings will be analyzed, and the next direction of work will be clarified.
