As the laws of nature shift and spring gradually arrives, a new era begins. On February 9, 2026, the Annual Conference and Year-End Awards Ceremony of Jinan Metallurgical Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Metallurgical Research Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongyu Heavy Industry"), was grandly held. Tongyu Heavy Industry leaders Liu Wei, Wang Longfei, and Yang Xiaoyue attended the event in person, gathering with all colleagues of the Metallurgical Research Institute to discuss new developments and jointly embark on the journey of the new year!

The conference commenced with the opening speech delivered by Shi Jixu, the chairman of the Metallurgical Research Institute's Trade Union. Liao Mao, Chairman and General Manager of MCC, presented the 2025 work report, comprehensively reviewing the annual development achievements, analyzing existing problems, anchoring the development coordinates for 2026, and drawing a clear blueprint and direction for the company's high-quality development. Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of Tongyu Heavy Industry, delivered a speech, highly affirming the work achievements of the Metallurgical Science and Technology Institute in 2025. At the same time, he put forward earnest expectations and higher requirements for the future development of the company, injecting strong development momentum into all Metallurgical Science and Technology personnel.

After the commendation, the cultural and artistic performance was spectacular. The choir, dance, skits and other programs written and directed by employees took turns to showcase the positive, united and enterprising spirit of the staff at the Metallurgical Institute. The interspersed lottery activities were full of surprises, with a warm atmosphere and strong friendship on site. Finally, the entire group sang "Tomorrow Will Be Better", and the leaders took a group photo on stage to commemorate the occasion. The annual meeting came to a successful conclusion.
