On October 22, 2024, Jinan Metallurgical Institute held a competition for the position of project batching workshop leader. Leaders from various relevant systems of the company attended the competition, and employee representatives and university student representatives attended the evaluation. The chairman and general manager of the company, Liao Mao, presided over the meeting.
The conference adopts the method of speeches by candidates and on-site defense.
