At the beginning of the meeting, the Quality Lean Department Manager comprehensively summarized the company's innovation and improvement situation in 2024. Showcased achievements in improving production efficiency, reducing production costs, enhancing product quality, and optimizing technical processes. At the same time, the focus of innovation work for all employees in 2025 has been clarified: by refining proposal levels and accurately evaluating employee innovation suggestions; Establish an innovation management team to guide innovation projects and other measures throughout the process, and create a strong atmosphere of innovation for all employees through multiple measures.
At the meeting, outstanding innovation representatives from various departments and management personnel from business units shared excellent proposal cases and innovation improvement experiences, and conducted a lottery activity. In the third session of the internal trainer training camp, Technical Director Deng Lifang focused on "innovation drives technological progress", combining cutting-edge industry developments with company technological innovation examples to deeply analyze how innovation empowers technological breakthroughs and injects strong momentum into enterprise development. 2.
