Since learning from Haomai's innovative improvements, the company has established an employee feedback box as a communication platform within the company.
On November 20th, the company's leadership received a letter of opinion from an experienced employee who was concerned about the company's development. Regarding the concerns of the old employee, communicate face-to-face, provide reasonable explanations, and provide a written response to the employee, which will be published within the company.
Through the question raised by the old employee, the company leadership recognized the current shortcomings and stated that the company will continue to optimize management, find ways to improve the company's technological level and product quality, and continuously break through its own shortcomings in the future development process.
