Empowering through lectures and promoting through learning - The internal trainer selection competition of Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. has successfully concluded

In order to discover outstanding internal training talents and build a platform for knowledge inheritance and skill sharing, on January 10th, Jinan Metallurgical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Metallurgical Science Institute"), a subsidiary of Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., held the final of the internal trainer selection competition. Twelve advanced contestants competed on the same stage and showcased their talents. A judging panel composed of company leaders, department heads, and public judges witnessed the growth and transformation of the internal trainer team.
